Ever Free Inc. (“we”) provides the Android application Caller ID CRM - Offline Notes (the “App”), released in Japan as 着信顧客メモ - CTI. This policy explains how the App handles your information.
The App does not transmit or store your call or customer information on our servers. That data is stored on your device in encrypted form.
The App stores the following on your device, encrypted:
This information is processed only on your device. We cannot view or retrieve it.
You may export the data described above as a password-protected encrypted file.
You choose where that file is saved through your device’s file picker. We do not control the destination and have no access to it. Because the file is encrypted with a password you set, we cannot read its contents.
If you save the file to a cloud storage service, that service’s own privacy policy applies to it.
If you lose the password, the file cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
The free version of the App displays advertising through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC.
To deliver and measure those ads, your device’s Advertising ID is collected and shared with Google LLC. Google may also derive approximate location from your IP address for this purpose.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time under Settings → Google → Ads on your device.
Purchasing a paid plan removes advertising from the App.
Paid plans are purchased and managed through Google Play. Purchase and subscription status is held on your device and by Google Play. This information is not sent to or stored on our servers.

You can delete data stored on your device from within the App. Uninstalling the App also removes it from your device. Any backup files you have exported are yours to delete from wherever you saved them.
The App is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed at children.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will announce it in the App or on our website.

株式会社エバーフリー(以下「当社」)は、当社が提供するAndroidアプリケーション「着信顧客メモ - CTI」(英語版名称:Caller ID CRM - Offline Notes。以下「本アプリ」)における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
本アプリは、利用者の通話・顧客に関する情報を当社のサーバーに送信・保存しません。これらのデータは利用者の端末内に暗号化して保存されます。
本アプリでは、以下の情報を端末内に暗号化して保存します。
これらの情報は端末内でのみ処理され、当社が閲覧・取得することはありません。
利用者は任意で、前項のデータをパスワードで暗号化したファイルとして書き出すことができます。
保存先は利用者ご自身が端末の画面上で指定するものであり、当社が保存先を管理することはありません。また、ファイルは利用者が設定したパスワードで暗号化されるため、当社がその内容を確認することはできません。
クラウドストレージを保存先として選択した場合、当該サービスにおけるデータの取り扱いは、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
なお、パスワードを紛失した場合、当社を含め誰もファイルを復元することはできません。
無料版では、Google LLCが提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示します。
これに伴い、広告の配信および効果測定のために広告ID(Advertising ID)が収集され、Google LLCに提供されます。また、同じ目的でIPアドレスからおおよその位置情報が推定される場合があります。
広告IDのリセットおよび削除は、端末の「設定」→「Google」→「広告」から利用者ご自身で行うことができます。
有料プランをご購入いただいた場合、広告は表示されません。
有料プランの購入および購読状態の管理は、Google Playを通じて行われます。購入に関する情報は端末内およびGoogle Playにおいて管理され、当社のサーバーに送信・保存されることはありません。

利用者は、本アプリ内の操作により端末内に保存されたデータを削除できます。また、アプリをアンインストールすることで端末内のデータは削除されます。書き出したバックアップファイルについては、利用者ご自身が保存先から削除いただけます。
本アプリは成人による業務利用を想定しており、お子様を対象としたものではありません。
当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリまたは当社ウェブサイト上で告知します。
